Description
1.核算和审核所有采购定单，收货记录和供应商发票(采购发票与程序一致)上所有项目。
2.解释和审核所有未付货款和供应商信用情况。
3.根据银行往来对账单，准备当月解决的过期未付款预付支票。
4.在付款之前要确保所有的发票都有相应的凭证作为依据。
5.为所有供应商发票和信用记录准备凭证，包括成本分配和账目代码。
6.准备所有支票（包括工资）付款前，要区分支票为紧急的还是正常的，所有凭证要由总监或副总监确认签字后支付，同时凭证上要加盖“已付款”的章。
7.每月编制供应商结算平衡表来记录酒店应付账款。
8.保管所有装有凭证的袋子，并检查每月的纪录，确保所有的发票有效。
9.将单据整理入袋以便将来查找和审核。
10.为应付账记录保留所有最新文档，所有记录与总分类账每日余额一致。
11.向酒店供应商跟进遗漏的发票或信用票据。
12.确保所有发票在付款前得到适当级别的相关部门经理的批准。
13.合理记录，调节，和准备发票付款，以确保总分类账代码和成本中心代码的正确使用。
14.确保在外币付款中使用最佳汇率。
15.确保正确且及时输入应付账款分类账的数据。
16.与银行和外管局联系关于所有外汇交易，获得审批和所有必要文件。
17.完成酒店管理层交代的其他任务。
Requirements
1.财务相关专业优先。
2.有同岗位经验者尤佳。
3.流利的英语和普通话表达能力及良好的沟通协调能力。
4.性格开朗，具备一定的抗压能力。
