Description
1.执行秘书所负责的职责,包括打字，归档，在直接上司的指导下撰写商务函件与合同，以及当上司不在时代其接听电话。
2.确保与其他部门协调跟进好每个活动和业务运作。
3.监控和实施成本控制措施,包括传真，供货管理，复印以及其他相关设备的费用。
4.根据酒店的政策，按时并有效率的执行应有的职责和任务，实现职位所有的目标。
5.对酒店所有的旅客、来宾、上司以及同事，保持高标准的职业、道德素养和服务态度。
6.保持总体保密性，他/她不可以在酒店内外以任何形式向任何人泄露任何信息。
7.在销售总监或他/她的直接上司的指派下，进行与销售相关信息的交流。
8.与内部客户紧密合作。
9.加强对客人的需求进行及时、有效的回复。
10.在部门内部，进行电话和语音交流。
11.坚持对相关任务和文件的跟进工作。
12.通过协助团队成员表现合作精神。
13.负责和确保对酒店销售数据库/信息以及酒店管理系统（OnQ和Delphi）的合理权限和使用。
14.积极参与酒店发起的各项活动。
15.遵守酒店员工手册上的条款和规章制度。
16.建立和保持主要客户的文件，协助高级销售经理维护账户管理系统。
17.部门与部门之间的员工应建立良好的工作关系。了解酒店使用的行为准则,并在日常的内部的交流中使用。
18.加入酒店的项目工作组时，认真履行相应职责。
19.完成酒店管理层交代的其他任务。
Requirements
1.同岗位相关专业优先。
2.有同岗位实习生经验者尤佳。
3.流利的英语和普通话表达能力及良好的沟通协调能力。
4.性格开朗，具备一定的抗压能力。
