Breakfast Server

Join our team as a Breakfast Server and kick-start our guests' day with warm hospitality. As a Breakfast Server, you will greet guests with a smile and ensure their satisfaction with prompt and attentive service. This role offers the opportunity to create a positive start to each guest's day by providing excellent service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere in our breakfast dining area featuring a buffet or a la carte style.

Responsibilities:

1. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meal and address any concerns promptly.
2. Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast dining area, including tables, chairs, and buffet stations.
4. Ensure that buffet items are well stocked, fresh, and presented attractively.
5. Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
6. Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the breakfast service area.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
2. Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
3. Ability to work early morning shifts (5:00 AM, Tuesday to Friday, occasionally Mondays) and maintain energy and enthusiasm throughout the breakfast service.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Micros POS knowledge (or general POS knowledge)
