WE ARE EDN is a new all-day dining experience with a real heart and a big conscience. Opening this October at DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station, WE ARE EDN is our own small slice of paradise, where guests of all ages can enjoy honest, feel-good food and drink in a joyful, nurturing and relaxing environment that honours nature’s bounty. Our wholesome, planet-conscious menu will combine comforting and familiar global dishes with lip-smacking local specials, all crafted from the freshest seasonal ingredients and rooted in sustainability.

What will you be doing?

As a WE ARE EDN Supervisor, you will jump into the heart of the action, learning the ropes of what it takes to keep our restaurant buzzing with good vibes. Here’s what you’ll be up to:

• Master the Fun: Keep the WE ARE EDN experience running like clockwork.
• Lead the Vibe: Build, train, and inspire a team that’s as awesome as our guests.
• Wow the Guests: Deliver service that’s not just good—it’s unforgettable, with a side of smiles and assist the team to do the same.
• Get Smart with the Numbers: Understand the financial side, because good times also mean good business.
• Cook Up New Ideas: Work with the team to keep things fresh, fun, and satisfying for everyone. Actively assist in the execution of your ideas.
• Be Planet-Friendly: Help us keep our eco-game strong and steady.
• Team Player: Jump in wherever you’re needed and keep the good vibes rolling.
• Safety Dance: Follow all the rules to keep everyone safe and sound.

What are we looking for?

• Experience: Previous food and drink experience is a must.

• Chatterbox: Great communication skills to keep the convo flowing.
• Go-getter: You’re always ready to learn something new.
• Flexibility: You can roll with whatever comes your way.
• Team Spirit: Whether solo or squad, you get things done with a smile.

Extra cool points:

• Hotel Know-How: Previous experience in the hotel scene is a plus.
• Supervision Know-How: Previous supervisory and delegation skills are advantageous.
• Growth Mindset: You’re all about leveling up and learning new tricks.
