In this role you will:
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping department, along with ensuring smooth operations, including rooms, public areas, laundry, and supplies. The Housekeeping Manager is expected to maintain the highest cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency level while adhering to brand standards and achieving guest satisfaction. This position requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to effectively deal with department heads, guests, and team members.
Requirements to be successful in this role:
Off New York Avenue, we're one block from NoMa-Galludet U station. Union Station, where duck and trolley tours begin, and the National Portrait Gallery are less than two miles away.
