Description

The night auditor commands the hotel on the overnight shift from 11pm - 7am. You will cover the full time auditor' s days off (Monday/Tuesday) and may be called on as back up overnight coverage or to provide coverage during other times such as vacation periods, etc.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones and routing calls
  • Verifying, balancing and reviewing hotel room availability
  • Performing check-in/out duties
  • Processing credit card and other financial transactions
  • Inputting basic data into daily reports and processing invoices
  • Reconciling errors whenever possible and refer to management
  • Maintaining overall lobby appearance
  • Preparing coffee station for our early risers
