Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and customer-focused General Clean-Guest Room Detailer to ensure our guest rooms exceed cleanliness standards and contribute to an outstanding guest experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide the highest level of service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction through immaculate room cleanliness and attentive care.

• Room Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms according to Housekeeping Guidelines, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.

• Check and Report: Inspect and test room fixtures, including televisions, radios, and heating/cooling equipment, ensuring proper operation. Report any maintenance needs promptly.

• Maintenance Requests: Identify and report any maintenance issues within guest rooms, following up on service requests as needed.

• General Cleaning Duties: Carry out general cleaning tasks and replace bedspreads, blankets, mattress pads, and shower curtains as assigned.

• Daily Reporting: Log all rooms cleaned on the daily housekeeping report accurately and consistently.

• Cart Management: Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart daily, ensuring all necessary supplies (terry, cups, toilet paper, rags, cleaning solutions) are available and properly maintained.

• End-of-Day Tasks: Maintain the cleanliness of the cart, linen room, and vacuum cleaner. Submit keys and room status reports to the Guest Room Supervisor or front desk at the end of the shift.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
