As a Senior Lifecycle Analyst, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. On the Content Lifecyle team reporting to Adam Reid, you will work on projects including content intake and workflows and Marketing & Loyalty Digital Asset Support.

What your day-to-day will be like:
Advise and direct guidance to the Marketing and Loyalty teams on best practices for managing the metadata lifecycle concerning Hilton’s new partnership and trading brands. Evaluate and refine the workflows and procedures associated with the metadata lifecycle, focusing on MAM/DAM tagging improvements and functionalities from both hospitality and marketing viewpoints. Consult with marketing and loyalty teams on content best practices and standards, focusing on marketing-related campaigns and optimizing asset uploads and sourcing in MAM and DAM systems.How you will collaborate with others:
Collaborate with the Content Orchestration Innovation and Platforms teams on the creation, QA, and maintenance of internal and external-facing documentation. Collaborate with Marketing and Loyalty teams on workflow evaluation and refinement. Consult with Marketing and Loyalty teams on content standards, such as quality, consistency, as well as asset optimization strategies for different channels and audiences.What deliverables you will take ownership of:
