Operations Supervisor Overview:

The right candidate will have experience leading a team to high Guest Satisfaction scores. The Operations Supervisor of this property is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk and Housekeeping departments with a strong focus on the Food and Beverage outlet.

• Ensuring Guest Satisfaction and brand compliance
• Associate Teambuilding and Development
• Supervise the front desk team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations for producing excellent feedback and guest satisfaction.
• Overseeing the front desk's daily operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.
• May perform morning opening duties, such as printing room status reports, distributing keys, and conducting morning meetings.
• Ensuring the dining room is clean and looking its best, and assisting with seating and serving during peak hours.
• Ensuring adherence to food sanitation and safety guidelines

Job Requirements:

• A keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills.
• To be successful in this role a Food and Beverage background is required, and Bartending experience is strongly preferred.
• Pleasant and friendly demeanor.
• Able to work as a team and independently.
• Flexible working hours.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
• Physical mobility and stamina.
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Ability to follow instructions.
