Description
ご滞在中のお客様からのリクエストへの対応、またはホテル代表電話へのお問い合わせなどに応対していただく業務です。外線対応、内線対応やルームサービスのオーダーなど、ホテルならではの幅広い職務をご担当いただきます。また、スーパーバイザーとして、VIP客や優良客の個別対応にあたる担当者のことであり、お客様のご滞在を快適なものにするため、戦略面でも重要な役割をお任せ致します。-外線、内線からのゲストからの各種お問い合わせ対応（リクエスト、ご意見、苦情等のフォローアップを含む）-ホテルが本来提供すべきサービスを滞りなく提供する役割の遂行-ゲストサービスにかかるオペレーション全般のリードおよびチームメンバーの指導、育成、勤怠管理-緊急時対応（地震・火事・台風など）の指揮、防災・防犯の手順のアップデートおよび定期的な確認-各種管理およびレポーティング（例：部門経費、予約状況、インシデント等）-目標達成のための計画から実行（現状分析、プラン作成、およびアクションの実行）-他部門リーダーと連携した、ホテル全体のオペレーションの円滑なコントロールなど
Requirements
応募資格（歓迎）-基本的なPCスキル（メール・インターネット等）に加え、Microsoftオフィス（Word/Excel/PowerPoint）の利用経験 -語学力英語：ビジネスレベル（会話：ゲスト対応や社内会議ができる／読み書き：英語メールや資料作成ができる）日本語：ネイティブレベルの日本語力（日本語が母語でない方はJLPT1級必須）
