Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for excellence? We're looking for a Managing Director to lead our hotel operations and Home Owners Association (HOA) at Mountain Lodge Telluride, our 140 room condo hotel.

Position Overview: As the Managing Director, you will oversee all aspects of our Rental Program Operations, including housekeeping, guest services, food & beverage, maintenance, engineering, and human resources. You will work closely with the HOA Board of Directors to ensure top-notch guest experiences and optimal rental program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies.
• Advise the HOA Board on strategic issues and present performance reports.
• Lead and motivate managers and senior executives.
• Build and maintain relationships with external experts, town officials, and service providers.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring all departments meet service standards and financial goals.
• Manage and implement annual budgets and business plans.
• Ensure positive customer and employee relations.
• Supervise staffing levels, training, and development of staff.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in senior managerial roles such as General Manager or Managing Director.
• Proven track record in developing and executing business strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
