Night Auditor

3 nights per week, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday; 9 hour shifts, 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Team Member Responsibilities: 
• Positive attitude while focusing on providing an Exceptional Guest Experience at all times.
• Greets and engages the Guest. Determines a guest reservation and assigns rooms, verifies payment and issues room keys.
• Follow up and follow through on all aspects of the hotel.
• Presents options and alternatives to guests and offers assistance in making choices.
• Answer phone calls and assist with any requests.
• Makes and confirms reservations.
• Posts charges such as room and market.
• Communication to the appropriate hotel personnel.
• Complies with all necessary reporting procedures in documenting customer requests.
• Handles accounting of money, receipts, guest accounts and credit through Operating System and completion of reports required.
• Uploads the appropriate forms and completes the Night Audit procedures.
