Maintenance Engineer

What You'll Do:

· Respond to Guest Requests: Be the friendly face that guests rely on for assistance and repairs.

· Manage Work Orders: Keep our work order system organized and timely, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

· Repair & Maintain: Handle minor repairs and assist with painting projects to keep our hotel looking fresh.

· Conduct Inspections: Regularly check the hotel to ensure everything is in perfect working order.

· Equipment Upkeep: Take charge of maintaining our equipment, ensuring it’s always ready for action.

What We’re Looking For:

· Experience: Ideally, you have at least a year of building maintenance experience, especially in a hotel setting.

· Customer Service Skills: You genuinely enjoy helping others and can thrive in a busy atmosphere.

· Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is key, both verbally and in writing.

· Flexibility: You’re available to work weekend overnights and holidays, because great service never takes a day off!

· Physical Ability: You can lift, carry, push, and pull a moderate amount of weight.
