Restaurant Manager

We are adding an upbeat and energetic manager to our fun waterfront team in Pompano Beach! The general manager oversees the restaurant and bar operation and ensures exceptional service, quality and consistency. This person provides a unique personal guest experience by welcoming guests to the bar and restaurant and delivering exceptional guest service while driving a quality and memorable experience. 

Qualifications:

-2 years experience in restaurant/hospitality management is required.

-Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills.

-Flexible with varying schedules to reflect the business needs.

-Must have knowledge of food & beverage preparation and service.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

-Oversee the service of beverage operation along with food service & maintain overall responsibility for bar service.

-Ensure cash procedures are adhered to and strictly monitored.

-Ensure the bar runs smoothly on a daily basis and are adequately stocked with all necessary goods.

-Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to promote a positive work environment and achieve sales and profits.

-Ensure opening and closing side work checklists are completed.

-Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary.

-Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers.

-Train and develop the team to ensure food & beverage services that meet customers’ expectations.

-Communicates real time with senior management on issues and opportunities.
