This is your chance to be part of the Loyalty team that attracts customers to Hilton through storytelling, top-rated rewards, and unique customer experiences and partnerships. As a Senior Analyst, Hilton Honors Member Experience, reporting to Sr Manager, Honors Member Experience, you will work on projects analyzing industry and member trends, identify new members’ needs, assess program performance, optimize program benefits, and contribute to strategy development that furthers Hilton Honors Brand Positioning.

Requirements

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Program management, translating strategic objectives into actionable project plans, and crafting partner communications.
  • Support benefit and channel optimization to improve member satisfaction.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract insights and summarize findings to Hilton Honors leaders and non-technical audiences.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Collaborate across Hilton Honors partner teams to complete projects, and ensure a wholistic member experience across Digital, Customer Service, Sales, and Property channels.

What projects you will take ownership of: 

  • Support tactics to improve current benefit delivery, usage, and member satisfaction.
  • Respond to program and benefit-related requests from partners to ensure consistency.
  • Analyze reports and provide recommendations to improve member experience and performance of the program.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and share loyalty best practices across the industry.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of professional experience
  • Two (2) years of experience in loyalty programs
  • One (1) year of experience with data analysis using Excel, SQL, or BI tools such as Microstrategy or Tableau
  • Experience summarizing analytical findings for a non-technical audience

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business management, or related field
