Front Office Manager

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Front Desk Team
• Oversee Complimentary Breakfast operations
• Support General Manager and Director of Operations
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
• Hands-on approach with strong work ethic
• Coach and mentor team members
• Effective scheduling within budget guidelines
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Resolve problems and work collaboratively
• Experience in front desk operations and high occupancy periods

As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to think outside the box and take on a variety of responsibilities including management of front desk operations, night audit, housekeeping support, and more.

Essential Job Requirements

• Willingness to work flexible schedules based on business needs including nights and weekends.
• An eye for detail and strong follow-through skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in our fast-paced environment.
• A strong sense of personal and professional accountability, taking responsibility for actions.
• Understanding of budgets, staffing models, and cost controls.
• Basic math skills, fluency in English (Multi-lingual is a plus).
