The Guest comes in, you say hello, seat them at a table, wish them a pleasant meal, and when they are finished, you say goodbye, thank them, and ask them to return. At the end of the day, the Guest had a great meal, we made money, you made money, and everyone goes home happy.

As a member of the team, you will learn that it is our CULTURE that sets us apart. We are Gastronomic Tour Guides. We take each and every Guest on a Culinary Journey to create not just a meal but a memory. We do this one Guest, one sip, one bite at a time.

We’re not just seafood and orange groves - we’ve got acres of farmland producing strawberries, tomatoes, okra, green beans and a variety of greens. We have a rich heritage of southern cooking and family gatherings.
Our bones are classic old school Florida Fish House, done with a lot of personality and a little dash of “quirkiness”. Expect to be greeted by a manatee hanging from the ceiling and to feel like you stepped into a scene from a 1960’s postcard.
