As a part of our team, you'll get to showcase your culinary leadership skills in our restaurant, café, and rooftop lounge, host glittering banquets, and assist in developing a penetrating annual marketing plan. Your Role

As our Food and Beverage Director, you'll be the ringleader of our performance, ensuring impeccable service and an outstanding guest experience. You'll be the maestro conducting:

• Daily line ups and department meetings
• Training programs for new servers, hosts, and bartenders
• Continuous development and training initiatives
• Daily evaluation of restaurant service performance
• And so much more!

Your keen eye for detail will oversee everything from food production and cleanliness to employee performance management. Your collaboration with our Executive Chef will ensure each dish is a masterpiece, and your strategic pricing of wines and liquors will keep our guests toasting to their unforgettable stay. With the picturesque backdrop of the desert sunsets and magnificent Palm Walk, your leadership will create memorable dining experiences.

What We're Looking For

You're a seasoned pro with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Food and Beverage Director in a hotel or Restaurant GM, independent or upscale chain restaurant. You have a BA/BS in Hospitality/Restaurant Management, Business, or a related field. Your proficiency with Micros and payroll systems is top-notch and your ability to read, write, and communicate effectively is stellar.

You're the kind of person who can lift up to 50 pounds, handle the demands of a bustling restaurant, and still keep a smile on your face. In the spirit of fairness, we do provide reasonable accommodations so everyone has the ability to perform these essential functions.
