Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Catering Coordinator to join our team at Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Catering Coordinator, you will work with fellow team members and clients to plan and execute events at Titletown. Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of catering events
- Create and maintain contact with client representatives from the catering event
- Establish event objectives with the client and develop a plan to achieve these goals
- Partner with the catering team members to ensure a smooth and successful event
- Maximize guest satisfaction throughout all phases of the event
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in catering event planning highly preferred
- Ability to complete required pre-employment food safety and alcohol service training
- Ability to direct the work activities of several employees simultaneously and plan ahead
- Ability to obtain an alcohol operator’s license from the City of Green Bay within 60 days of hire date
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel, and common office equipment
