This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more, for all of Hilton's unique brands! As Analyst, Owner Relations, you will support the team that leads our brands with the steadfast goal of strengthening and growing the Hilton portfolio. On the Owner Relations team reporting to Director, Owner Relations, you will be responsible for a diverse set of duties aimed at providing support to ownership groups and management companies. Your role will encompass managing communication, maintaining records, and enhancing support systems to increase business growth for Hilton Brands.

Requirements

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Complete monthly reporting and summaries, including the creation and analysis of reports from Tableau, Salesforce, Owner SALT, and BOSS.
  • Conduct a quarterly audit of Owner Relations Salesforce templates and build new templates to answer common questions/service trending needs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate Quality Assurance Committee notes are organized and socialized with the team.
  • Prepare and organize materials to help the Owner Relations team (Leadership and Account Leads) provide on-demand guidance and assistance to franchisees throughout their asset lifecycle, fostering loyalty to Hilton Brands.
  • Gather resources on topics related to business trends and owner requests to help the Owner Relations Account Leads with their virtual on-demand support for owners and management company representatives.
  • Track support activities in Salesforce and Microsoft Teams and help provide reports and insights for the Owner Relations Team.
  • Learn tools (e.g., Hilton Owner’s Portal, Owner’s Club, Customer Insights tools, BOOST, Salesforce, Tableau, BOSS, Hilton Reporting Hub) to provide the Owner Relations Account Leads with insights into new resources to share with their accounts.
  • Maintain efficient and precise handling of management company applications using Salesforce to log all communication and collect required documents. 

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Collaborate with the Owner Relations Leadership team to promote the use of self-service tools for owners more specifically single unit owners and enhance the on-demand support model.
  • Work with Hilton partners across the enterprise to implement support enhancement techniques that improve results.

What projects you will take ownership of: 

  • Manage the Owner Relations Inbox efficiently by triaging requests from owners and internal Hilton teams and using Salesforce templates to answer questions.
  • Be a subject matter expert for Eloqua, an Oracle product, using it to submit customized owner communication.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Two (2) years of corporate or on-property experience in hotel sales, revenue management, and/or operations management
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel (pivots, VLOOKUPS), PowerPoint)
  • Travel up to 5% -10% annually

It would be useful if you have:

  • Two (2) years of knowledge of the Hilton Brand
  • BA/BS bachelor’s degree
  • Spanish/French or other Language proficiencies
