Marketing Analyst

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Marketing Analyst to join our team at the Kennedy Space Center in Meritt Island, Florida. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $49500 - $66800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities 

• Conduct valid and reliable market research, including SWOT analysis, to interpret data, formulate reports, and recommend business improvements and opportunities 
• Collect and analyze data on consumers, competitors, and the marketplace, consolidating information into actionable items, reports, and presentations using both modern and traditional methods 
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies, preparing and presenting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to clients and management 
• Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, business models, and sales methods, converting complex data into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports 
• Assist in managing the sales and marketing budget, overseeing purchase orders, expense reports, and invoices, and ensuring effective budget utilization 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree economics, business, marketing, or related field 
• High proficiency in Excel
• 2-3 years of market research analysis experience   
• Excellent knowledge of statistical packages such as Microsoft Office Search engines, web analytics, and business research tools  
• Familiarity with CRM programs  
• Adequate knowledge of data collection methods 
• Working knowledge of data warehousing, modelling, and mining
