ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Reports directly to General Manager.
- Clear tables, sanitize tables, and reset tables.
- Seat guests.
- Wash, polish, sort glassware.
- Polish and roll flatware.
- Clean menus.
- Answer the phone and take to-go orders.
- Help guest with purchasing retail items.
- Run food to tables.
