A scheduled training is issued to every employee to institute a high level of hospitality within our hotels. We don’t stop at giving our employees basic leverage training, but instead we implement our own training that truly helps the employees stay on track.

Every one of our hotels are inspected twice a year to ensure a safe environment. These biannual inspections make sure that all of our basic hotel necessities are working effectively. If any problems are surfaced, than we always make sure we can take an action plan that can recuperate and stabilize the hotel back up to code.

At Galaxy Hotels Group, we try our best to institute a healthy and safe environment for everyone that makes the guest feel delighted to be there. Our properties follow enforced rules to involving key control, safety, associate evolution and security.

We always communicate important tasks and or events to each other to make sure everyone is up to date on everything.
