Located in the central North Loop area, employees easily arrive to the parking ramp or by bus. During work, employees enjoy a complimentary meal in the employee cafeteria with their co-workers. After work, uniformed employees can change in the locker room where showers are also available. Once leaving, team members try out new local restaurants to country classics downtown Minneapolis or St. Paul.

The General Manager Florian Riedel and Hotel Manager Gaman Guadagni have led Four Seasons Minneapolis since the opening in June 2022. As a whole Four Seasons team, each department works with each other to make the guest's experience phenomenal.
Employees receive one on one training when starting their new role. They work to master their craft with opportunities within their role and outside to develop soft and hard skills. When looking to advance their career, employees sign up for additional company training courses such as the Manager in Training program or by working on their individual company goals.
