Visit a particular town in Pennsylvania when the breeze is just right, and you'll smell something special in the air - the smell of success. That town's name? Hershey. And actually, it's not just success you're smelling, but also chocolate. To us they're one and the same. Built around Milton Hershey's legendary chocolate factory, the town has become a magnet for chocolate lovers from around the world - more than 2 million each year.
Of course, sooner or later, all these visitors need ways to help them burn off all that chocolate-induced energy. And they find them at a world-class amusement park, spa, golf courses, resort, hotels, sports and entertainment venues ... and more. All are a part of HERSHEY ENTERTAINMENT & RESORTS, one of the world's premier entertainment and hospitality companies.
So, who's behind all this success? Our employees. And as it happens, we're seeking more of them - people just like you with talent, skill, and the desire to become a part of something that's, well, pretty sweet. We offer something in nearly every occupation. Hershey Entertainment & Resorts is a world-class entertainment & hospitality company in search of highly motivated individuals committed to exceeding guest expectations.
Hershey Entertainment & Resorts has a commitment to workforce diversity and to establishing and maintaining a work environment where all employees feel included and valued. Hershey Entertainment & Resorts is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to providing a culturally diverse workforce.
By 1927, it had become apparent to Milton S. Hershey that the Hershey Chocolate Company was too large and important for all of its affairs to be administered by one man. In addition, it was necessary to ensure the permanence of the town and the Milton Hershey School in the future. Thus, the Hershey Chocolate Company was divided into three separate entities-- Hershey Chocolate Corporation, Hershey Corporation, and Hershey Estates, later named HERCO, Inc., and now known as Hershey Entertainment & Resorts.
