Bouwa Whee Catering prides itself on its strong northern workforce. Of our 170 full-time employees and 35 casuals on call – 80 percent are from the North and more than half are Indigenous. All of our staff go through a rigorous screening process including drug tests, medical tests, immunizations, and security clearances, to meet our high standards.
