The summer season always brings exciting changes to Whitetail Club, and the newest development is serving up yet another reason for members to celebrate: some good old fashion fun (and fare).

On Memorial Day weekend, the restaurant at The Fish & Swim Club rolled out a fresh new identity, just in time for all the sun-fueled celebrations ahead. The latest in a long line of Whitetail Club amenities, Whitetail Burger Co. is sure to be a summer staple, offering some of the best burgers, fries and shakes in Western Idaho. Whitetail Club’s expert culinary team has been hard at work creating a mouthwatering new menu which features handcrafted burgers made from our very own blend of fresh ground beef, along with healthy alternatives including organic chicken, red lentil and barley burgers, the ever-popular tuna poke, and even hearty salads.

In addition, Whitetail Burger Co. will be serving up freshly baked pies daily, from classic apple to lemon meringue, and yes, even a McCall, Idaho favorite: huckleberry pie.

But that won’t be the only way in which members can satisfy their sweet tooth. Kids can enjoy old fashioned milkshakes and floats, while the adults can have them spiked with a splash of bourbon or whiskey.

This “fast casual” eatery aims to help members get the most out of sunny days with fast and friendly service that’ll get them fed and back out in the pool in no time. And for those who prefer to stay out on the deck, pool service and to-go meals are also available.
