Position: Server AssistantWe are looking for a dedicated and energetic Server Assistant to join our team and help create an unforgettable experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities Assist servers with clearing and setting tables, delivering food to guests, and ensuring guests have everything they need throughout their meal. Keep the dining area clean and organized by clearing dishes, glasses, and utensils promptly. Help reset tables and ensure the restaurant is always tidy. Greet guests with a friendly attitude, offer water refills, and help deliver beverages and other requests to the table. Ensure guests are comfortable and well-cared-for at all times. Assist with restocking supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and utensils. Assist with the setup and breakdown of service stations during shifts. Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and management to ensure smooth operations and an excellent guest experience. Clear empty plates and glassware from tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a clean dining area. Assist servers bring food and drinks to the table, ensuring everything is correct and ready for guests to enjoy. Assist bartenders with replenishing supplies, glassware, and ingredients when needed, ensuring a smooth flow of operations. Skills & Qualifications Friendly, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile to make our guests feel welcome. Ability to work well with others and contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. Good verbal communication skills and the ability to listen to guests' needs and relay them to the rest of the team. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized during busy shifts. Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift trays and dishware with ease. Experience in a restaurant, customer service, or hospitality environment is preferred.
