The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing all Rooms Division departments of the Hotel, including Front Office (Front Desk, Concierge, Bell and Door, Guest Services, and Guest Experience), Housekeeping, Engineering, and Guest Relations Departments. Leading and developing the management teams in the Room Division to ensure successful financial management, staff management, guest service and overall operations.
