The best steak in The Woodlands starts with the perfect cut.We strive to prepare the perfect cut for every guest. We do so by leveraging our in-house butchery and smokehouse, and applying our signature dry-aging technique to preserve the best qualities of beef.

Robard’s prides itself on its attention to hand-selecting each steak. Whole cuts of USDA prime grade beef are dry-aged in-house. The result is perfectly marbleized, juicy and tender beef with a rich depth of flavor. Each dish is prepared to perfection, exact to order.

Besides the perfect cuts of meat, Robard’s also boasts an interactive fresh seafood bar, a 1,100 bottle glassed-in wine cellar, local hand-picked craft beers on tap, and an in-house bakery that crafts from-scratch breads, pastas, desserts and pastries.
