Milkam Hospitality is a family-owned hospitality management, development, and construction company based in Wake Forest, NC. The Company was founded in 1987 when we developed our first property – a 26-unit independent hotel. Shortly after, we began developing and managing various franchised hotels primarily in North Carolina. Over the past few years, Milkam has been in the process of divesting older properties and investing in new ground-up development. Today, we own 260 hotel rooms in the Greater Raleigh Area spread between 3 hotel locations and employ over 90 associates. We are committed to providing excellent customer service to our guests and growth opportunities for our associates. We are proudly a franchisee of Intercontinental Hotels Group and Hilton Worldwide.
