Job Description:

At Capri Laguna on the Beach, the Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk during the night shift. This position combines front desk duties with overnight auditing tasks, making it an essential part of our team.

  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Conduct daily financial audits, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports, including revenue and occupancy statistics.
Qualifications:

Are you a high school graduate or have some college experience? Do you have previous hotel front desk or night audit experience? If so, we want to hear from you!

Skills required include strong customer service and communication abilities, proficiency in using OPERA, and basic accounting knowledge. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Working Conditions:

This position requires overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You must be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. The work environment is in a hotel front desk setting with regular guest interaction.
