As Assistant General Manager, you will collaborate with the General Manager to plan and oversee the daily operations of the hotel. Additionally, you will be expected to step into a leadership role in the absence of the General Manager.
You will lead your team to provide outstanding guest service and optimize the hotel's operations. By combining your leadership skills, passion for guest service, and strategic planning abilities, you can contribute to the hotel's success and help it reach its full potential.

Requirements:
- 2+ years Assistant General Manager experience in a branded hotel, preferably in D.C.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is strongly preferred
- Schedule flexibility
- Have excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
- Marriott brand experience is ideal
