Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, Full-Time
Open availability and open to work various shifts

Do you have Great Customer Service skills, Hotel Experience & looking for Advancement!

Available to work different shifts: mornings 7am to 3pm, evenings 3pm to 11pm or possibly a mid-shift 11am to 7pm.

Open to work weekend shifts.

Starting rate at $18.00 per hour, full time position

To thrive in this position, you would have to show leadership of more responsibilities and management position.

As a Hotel Guest Service Lead, you will: 

  • Provide that critical first impression to our guests and have a natural passion for delivering exceptional service. 
  • Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone every day. 
  • Enjoy solving problems, be comfortable using a computer to check guests in and out, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently. 
  • Learn everything about hotel operations.
  • Help assist the General Manager

Fundamentals to be successful in this role: 

You must have English communication skills and be able to read, write and speak fluently plus have some level of computer skills.
