Job Summary

Hutton Brickyards is seeking a Seasonal Experience Coordinator to assist in the organization and scheduling of guest experiences and recreational programming during our peak season. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, outdoor adventure, and event coordination. The Activities Coordinator will engage with guests, ensure smooth execution of on-site activities, and contribute to an unparalleled guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Activity Planning & Coordination: Assist the Guest Experience Manager in scheduling vendors and making sure spaces and equipment are ready for engaging activities such as yoga, spa sessions, culinary tastings, outdoor games, and more.
• Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to ensure they have an exceptional experience, providing information on activities and local attractions.
• Safety & Quality Control: Ensure all activities are conducted safely, following best practices and company guidelines.
• Event Support: Assist with special events, corporate retreats, and private group experiences as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front desk, food + beverage and events team to enhance guest offerings and experiences.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, event coordination, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and guest-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.
