What You’ll Do

As a Line Cook, you’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by:

• Crafting Culinary Creations: Safely and expertly prepare food items as directed and ordered by servers.
• Maintaining Excellence: Ensure food safety by dating, rotating, and safely storing perishables while keeping a clean and sanitary workspace.
• Stocking and Prepping: Check daily pars for your shift, pull ingredients for preparation, and restock items as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside kitchen staff to maintain a welcoming and safe environment.
• General Cleaning: Contribute to the cleanliness and maintenance of food prep and kitchen areas.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience & Skills:
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Prior kitchen experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate!
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Comfort standing, bending, stooping, and kneeling for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work in high-temperature areas near heavy equipment.
• Availability: Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
