The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time Night Beverage Supervisor for Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York. Our ideal Beverage Manager is an experienced hospitality professional looking for their next adventure in a company that can offer career growth and diverse opportunities.

What will you do?

  • Monitor and maintain bar and restaurant cost of sales
  • Research and implement new beverage products that will elevate guest service and satisfaction
  • Hire, train, and lead team members, providing feedback on their job responsibilities
  • Coordinate alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations, and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards
  • Assist with inventory checks and end-of-month financial reporting

More about you

  • Previous experience leading and managing a team
  • Excellent verbal, written, organizational and time-management skills
  • Must be able to work flexible hours to include night, weekends, and holidays

Physical requirements

  • Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
