The opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal In Seat Supervisor to join our team at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. As an In Seat Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

What will you do?

  • Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
  • Train new employees and pantry staff
  • Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
  • Manage labor and profit loss
  • Order food and beverage products from the warehouse
  • Assist Runners with gathering orders and ensure orders are correct
  • Assist guests, stock shelves, and count inventory

More about you

  • Experience working in a restaurant required
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
  • Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • No college degree required

Physical requirements

  • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Ability to lift stock up to 35 pounds occasionally
