Delaware North Sportservice is hiring an IT Intern to join our team at Great American Ballpark in Cincinnati, Ohio. What will you do?

  • Provide first-class technical support for all computer systems on the property, configuring installing, maintaining and training concessions point of sale systems, as well as troubleshooting TCP/IP, LAN/WAN connectivity, Android OS and Windows OS issues, Retail POS,and Apple OS issues
  • Set up and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals for end-users, as well as terminating and running low-voltage cables (Cat5e/Cat6)
  • Provide support for events, marketing, and manager meetings, including the setup and tear down of laptops and projectors
  • Maintain digital signage throughout the property
  • Capable of retaining PCI compliance certification and measures

More about you

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program in IT, MIS, CIS
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications and operating systems
  • Capable of identifying problems and research solutions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand or walk for extended periods
  • Capable of retaining PCI compliance certification and measures

Physical requirements

  • Are you able to perform all of the following: long-term standing, walking, bending, reaching, repetitive moving up to 50 pounds?
