The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Beverage Hawkers to join our team at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York. As a Beverage Hawkers, you will provide our guests the highest level of customer service while serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments on event and game days.

In this commission-based job, a person can make up to $450 an event!

What will you do?

  • Canvas fan seated area to serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Serve beverages responsibly, request identification, and adhere to company alcohol service policies and procedures
  • Maintain beverage stock by ordering beverages, condiments, and supplies
  • Produce sales and inventory reports
  • Perform opening and closing checks

More about you

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 1 year front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant required
  • Experience in cash handling and credit card processing required
  • Previous experience using computerized POS system required
  • No high school diploma or GED required

Physical requirements

  • Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
