About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Director of Housekeeping to lead our ambitious TEAM, ensuring outstanding guest service and cleanliness. You will be responsible for the hotel's Housekeeping operations, ensuring our housekeeping TEAM meets guests needs and delivering outstanding service and performance.

Responsibilities: The Director of Housekeeping is responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping department, along with ensuring smooth operations, including rooms, public areas, laundry, and supplies. You will be expected to maintain the highest cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency level while adhering to brand standards and achieving guest satisfaction. This position requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to effectively deal with department heads, guests, and team members. 

Requirements:  

  • Prior 2+ years’ experience as a Director of Housekeeper in a Hilton brand or hotel environment is required 
  • Hilton brand experience is preferred 
  • Prior work experience is required and Bi-lingual (English and Spanish speaking) is a plus 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines 
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods 
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds 
  • Must be able to work a schedule with open availability including weekends and holidays as needed 

Compensation: $ 62,000
