Oversees all slot activities on assigned shift in the High Limit Slot area or assigned area.
Directly supervises 10 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Three or more years of Slot supervisory experience. Strong computer skills with the ability to utilize MS Office applications. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Strong customer service and teamwork skills necessary to deliver superior casino resort service to a diverse customer base. Display strong leadership qualities and the ability to serve both internal and external customers. Ability to maintain high confidentiality. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Ability to balance, control, and report significant amounts of cash accountability on assigned shift. Ability to coach, mentor, and support employees, while enforcing company policies.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
