Your Impact and Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Lead the charge in creating brand strategies that elevate our image even further, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns that connect with our patrons, creating experiences they simply can't forget.
Leadership & Vision
- Head our marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Mentor and develop team members, aligning their efforts with our overall vision.
- Play a key role in directing our marketing vision and driving its execution across the organization.
Online Merchandise Sales Strategy
- Boost online merchandise sales, from strategy creation to execution, ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer journey.
- Work with our e-commerce teams to revamp the digital sales platform and expand our product offerings.
- Use customer data and sales analytics to refine marketing strategies and maximize online merchandising efforts.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, from social media to email marketing, and SEO to PPC advertising.
- Leverage social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, keeping up-to-date with digital marketing trends in the hospitality and e-commerce sectors.
Partnerships & Collaboration
- Establish strategic partnerships with influencers, local businesses, event organizers, and media outlets to increase brand visibility.
- Work with operations, design, and event teams to create promotional materials and events that boost our brand presence.
Market Research & Trend Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Use insights to shape future campaigns, improve the customer experience, and refine our product offerings.
Event Marketing & Experiential Campaigns
- Collaborate with our Director of Sales & Events to market high-profile events and experiential campaigns, driving foot traffic and strengthening brand loyalty.
- Work with our nightlife and restaurant teams to ensure event marketing aligns with the overall brand strategy.
Your Credentials
- At least 7-10 years of marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Proven track record in driving online merchandise sales and e-commerce initiatives.
- Strong background in brand strategy development, leadership, and campaign management.
- Expertise in social media platforms, digital advertising, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Suite, and CRM systems.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, balancing long-term brand goals with immediate revenue objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
