Recreation Manager

Description

A Recreation Manager is responsible for managing operations, organizing and overseeing recreational activities and events to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

What will I be doing?

As a Recreation Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Lead and direct all Recreation operations, vendor relationships, guest service and satisfaction, merchandising and marketing, inventory management and cost controls.
• Responsible for directing and overseeing the marketing, programming, and operation of the pool deck, cabanas, cabana packages and upsells, and Kids Club.
• Plan, organize and execute special events including Holiday activations and programming.
• Monitor and develop team member performance to include providing supervision and professional development, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward.
• Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Recruit, interview and train team members.
