Description

The Complex Director of Group Optimization will work closely with Director of Revenue Management, Director of Sales and Marketing and Directors of Catering & Events to ensure new Group and Local business opportunities align with meeting space inventory strategy and each hotel’s strategic goals. This position will provide business intelligence and analyze leads through understanding the total “health” of each group, evaluating what space is left to sell, considering latest booking trends, and reviewing historical performance of a particular week.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  •          Minimum Education: BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
  •          Minimum Years of Experience: seven (7) years hospitality experience in sales, catering/events, revenue or analytical roles
  •          Minimum of 3 year of leadership experience in hotel management
  •          Additional Requirements: up to 20% travel if remote
  •          This is a remote position, must be able to work CST hours
  •          Core Competencies including but not limited to:

    o   Confident executive presence supported by excellent analytical, written and verbal presentation skills
