Responsibilities: 

• Assist the wait staff during service hours with the delivery of food.
• Be responsible for the organization and coordination of food orders as they come off the line and are responsible for the delivery of said items to the appropriate table
• Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items available in the assigned outlet
• Maintain complete knowledge of designated and necessary cutlery for menu items
• Opening and closing side duties as designated by management
• To monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of service areas and the outlet itself

Requirements:

• Prior Food Service experience is ideal, but willing to train the right person. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment!
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
• Ability to provide legible communication
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
