***The location for this position is virtual/remote***

As a Bilingual Coordinator for ResMax Global Support, you will provide personalized solutions to support our hotels, management companies, and partners. Reporting to the Manager of Client Success/ResMax, you will enroll new hotels into the ResMax Auto Attendant program and support hotels and clients via phone and email. You will also curate collateral and content for internal/external use.

Requirements

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Address support inquiries about HRCC/ResMax services such as: GA intervention fees, billing issues, and reservations.
  • Collaborate with hotel leaders and vendors to set up ResMax.
  • Curate and translate documents, including marketing materials and website updates, into Spanish.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Build and analyze reports to provide visibility into performance; conduct root cause analysis and make recommendations.

What projects you will take ownership of: 

  • Update daily records of tasks and activities in Salesforce.
  • Perform other duties and functions that would support HRCC as assigned.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Proficient in data analysis using Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables), ability to build templates and mail merges in Word, and create PowerPoint presentations
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • One (1 ) year experience working in Sales, Reservations, or Front Office at a Hilton hotel or other major hotel company
  • Six (6 ) months working within Hilton Reservations and Customer Care

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
  • Three (3 ) months experience in the HRCC Business Development Team (ResMax Global Support or Hilton Housing) - either permanent or temporary role
  • Experience creating marketing material utilizing PowerPoint & Canva
  • Conversational in Portuguese, both written and spoken
