A Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Sales and Marketing team in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.
What will I be doing?
As a Marketing Coordinator, you would be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Sales and Marketing team in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Digital
Assist the department in planning, developing and execute annual/monthly digital marketing plan including social media, paid advertising, tracking and analysis Assist the department in curating and managing digital content (written, photos and video) Regularly audit and update content, images, and star ratings on hotel website, OTAs, and metasearch sites Maintain the image library and ensure that all online photo and video content, written content, promotions, advertising and other resort materials are in keeping with Hilton guidelines and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation Assist in developing websites for the restaurantsSocial Media
Assist in developing, executing, managing and analyzing social media and digital marketing campaigns to support audience outreach and marketing goals Lead content creation through photography/videos, copywriting, and posting on relevant social media accounts on a regular cadence Influencer outreach and coordinate influencer visits with hotel departmentsGraphic Design
Assist the department in designing and developing collateral for the resort (e.g. brochures, flyers, newsletter, etc.) Assist in the development of collateral for marketing campaigns Assist in the development of collateral for other departments (signage, presentations, etc.)Misc.
Perform other general office duties and assist with special projects, as needed Lead support for hotel activations and programming which may require a flexible work schedule (AM/PM, Weekends and Holidays)What are we looking for?
Minimum one to two years of experience in digital marketing Passionate about the digital world, self-starter and fast learner Creative, thinks outside the box and enjoys interacting with people The successful candidate will be an extremely organized, detail-oriented, and a self-motivated team-player with excellent interpersonal skills Website knowledge is required Knowledge in working with graphic design programs and photo-editing software including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Canva etc. is required Skilled in photography, filming and video editing Excellent in written and verbal English communication skills University education preferred Works well in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to stick to tight deadlines A natural eye for multimedia design - layout, style, color selection, motion, graphics, audio, brand guidelines This position will be based onsiteSince being founded in 1919, Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry.
