Description

1. Understand and be familiar with all product information of the competitors, including key customers and their output, hotel rooms, catering, conference promotion information, and promptly feedback to the Commercial Director / Director of Sales.
了解并熟悉竞争对手的所有产品信息，包括主要客户及其产量、酒店客房、餐饮、会务相关促销信息等，并及时反馈信息给商务发展总监/销售部总监。
2. Welcome key customers, team leaders and VIPs to the hotel when they arrive.

3. Handle guest feedback or complaints.
处理客人的反馈或投诉。
4. Maximize sales at all times and effectively forecast team and banquet revenue.

5. Provide necessary supervision and guidance to the Sales Manager or Sales Executive as needed in developing team quotes or contracts.

Requirements

1. Have hotel database.

2. Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.

3.Good skills of organization and presentation.

4.Eexcellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.
