The Accounting Analyst oversees the day-to-day accounting operations for General Cashiering, Income Journal, & Group Billing.
Collect, balance, and prepare daily cash for deposits and report all variances.
House Bank Count Daily
Income Journal - Prepare, balance, and distribute Daily Revenue Report.
Collecting Group Deposits
Working with Sales team to ensure proper billing (adjustments etc.) Billing to client
Bank audits and contracts
Review of all Daily Voids, Vouchers, allowances
Collect and distribute mail to managers and A/P
Assists with other duties as assigned.
1-3 years of Supervisory General Ledger and Journal Entries experience.
Must have intermediate-advanced level Excel skills.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to resolve complex problems with multiple variables.
Strong skills in working with expenses, accounting and ability to reconcile accounts.
